Romania proudly joined the European Union in 2007, but the dream of integration — once made real — did not turn into a new dream, aligned to the new context. We froze, in some way. So as the European Commission celebrated 10 years from the beginning of the last wave of adhering countries, it also organized a World Café session on Romania’s dreams for the future.
